How does pricing work?
We give you a flat recurring price after a free in-home walkthrough. No hourly rates, no surprise add-ons during the visit — what's included is included, and anything beyond standard scope is discussed up front before it lands on your invoice.
What's included in every visit?
A full residential clean — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and whole-home detail like baseboards on a rotation. The complete checklist lives on the Services page. Add-ons (oven interiors, laundry, linen changes) are available on request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most recurring clients are at work during their visits. We coordinate access ahead of time — lockbox code, smart-lock code, or a key kept on file. We text when we arrive and when we leave.
Same cleaner every visit?
Yes. That's the whole point of recurring. The same crew learns your home, your preferences, and your schedule. If a substitution is ever needed (illness, vacation), we'll tell you ahead of time and brief the replacement team on your route.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Pure Clean Solutions carries general liability insurance and a surety bond covering every cleaner on the team. Documentation is available on request — just ask during your walkthrough.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaner passes a background check before they're added to any client's recurring route. We don't bring anyone into your home without that step.
What cleaning products do you use?
We bring our own professional-grade supplies — gentler than retail brands. If you have specific products you prefer (allergies, pets, fragrance sensitivity), we'll use what you provide instead.
Do you supply your own equipment?
Yes — vacuums, mops, microfiber cloths, all supplies. Your home doesn't need to be "ready" for us; we're a self-contained crew.
How do I pay?
Apple Pay, cash, check, credit card, or Zelle — your choice. Most recurring clients set up auto-pay so visits run quietly in the background.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes, anytime. 48 hours' notice when possible so we can offer the slot to another client. Recurring clients get priority on rescheduling when calendars are tight.
What's your cancellation policy?
No long contracts. You can pause your recurring plan for a few weeks or cancel altogether — no penalty fees. We just ask for 48 hours' notice on scheduled visits.
What if something gets damaged?
Our liability insurance covers accidental damage. Tell us right away if you notice anything — a chipped glass, a surface scratch — and we'll work with you on resolution. Honesty up front beats finding out later.
